CreativeSucks provides digital creative services only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. This Shipping Policy describes how completed project files are delivered to you electronically.
CreativeSucks is a creative video editing and design studio. All services — including video editing, VFX, motion graphics, music video editing, podcast editing, real estate video, poster and album design, 3D animation, and social media content editing — are delivered entirely in digital form. No physical goods are shipped as part of any engagement with us.
Completed deliverables are sent to you electronically via one or more of the following methods, as mutually agreed for your project:
Delivery timelines are agreed upon individually for each project based on scope and complexity, and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Final files are delivered only upon receipt of full payment, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Delays caused by late submission of client materials, delayed approvals, or unclear feedback may extend the agreed delivery timeline.
Once delivered, files remain accessible via the chosen delivery platform for a reasonable period, though we recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly, as third-party platforms (e.g. Google Drive, WeTransfer) may have their own link-expiry policies outside our control. If you lose access to delivered files, contact us and we will assist in re-sharing them where possible.
If you experience any issue accessing your delivered files — broken links, corrupted downloads, or missing files — please contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly. We do not consider a project undelivered solely due to a third-party file-sharing platform issue, provided the files were sent on time via the agreed method.
