Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging CreativeSucks for any services. By contacting us, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This website and the services described herein are operated by CreativeSucks, a creative video editing and design studio.
By accessing or using the services of CreativeSucks ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CreativeSucks.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in a separate project brief or proposal prior to commencement of work.
All project fees are agreed upon before work begins. Our standard payment structure is:
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, and other mutually agreed payment methods. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until outstanding amounts are settled.

You retain full ownership of all raw materials, footage, audio, and content you provide to us. You grant CreativeSucks a limited licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.
Upon receipt of full payment, CreativeSucks assigns to the Client all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables, including the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the work commercially.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, CreativeSucks retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. If confidentiality is required, please notify us in writing before project commencement.
If your project requires licensed music, stock footage, fonts, or other third-party assets, the cost of licensing is the Client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the project quote.
Deliverables will be provided in mutually agreed formats (MP4, MOV, PNG, PSD, etc.) via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or other agreed file-sharing platforms. Final files will only be delivered upon receipt of full payment.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted in a single consolidated list per round.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope. Delays caused by late submission of client materials, delayed approvals, or unclear feedback may extend delivery timelines. CreativeSucks is not liable for delays caused by client-side factors.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. CreativeSucks will not disclose your project details, strategy, or business information to third parties without your consent. This obligation survives the termination of services.

CreativeSucks provides services "as is" and makes no warranty that services will meet every specific expectation beyond what is agreed in the project brief. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our deliverables.
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Upon termination:
CreativeSucks reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice if the Client violates these terms, fails to make payment, or requests work that is illegal or unethical.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, both parties agree to:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Client's location, or as mutually agreed in writing. For Indian clients, these terms are governed by the laws of India.
